Kim brings 20 years of experience in all areas of human resource management, specializing in organizational design, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee and leadership development and international human resources.
Kim is a Partner at Kambio Group, an outsourced HR services provider, and along with her husband Jay owns and operates The Guides Hut in Fernie, BC.
Kim has an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, and studied Sociology at the University of Calgary and at the University of Lethbridge.
