This interactive workshop will cover director recruitment, developing the skillset of your directors, Board succession planning, making your Board more desirable, undertaking a performance review of your ED and the Board's responsibility to the ED.

Deb McClelland has served on many boards, including national and provincial boards, for over thirty-five years. She also worked as the Executive Director at the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce for 19 years, supporting her Board of Directors as they transitioned to a solid governance model.
