The Fernie Business and Community Excellence Awards are Tuesday October 24 at The Rusty Edge


How do nominees win? All nominees will be contact and asked to complete an awards application that will be used in the judging process.  Our independent judging panel is comprised of business people from outside the Elk Valley who rank the nominees based on their award applications. 

Chamber Awards Committee is excited to be welcoming this year's keynote speaker: 
Dan Pontefract author of The Purpose Effect and Flat Army.
He is a renowned speaker and has presented at multiple TED events and writes for Forbes, Harvard Business Review and Psychology Today. He is an adjunct professor with the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria.
