Dr. Tyla Charbonneau of Alpine Pathways Psychology will lead this workshop. 
This integrative workshop will focus on personal conflict management styles and effective communication skills including active listening, empathy, and resolution strategies.
We will also explore strategies to deescalate and prevent conflict within your organization among management and with employees.
