About our facilitiator:
Peter Pilarski, executive MBA and business leader, will lead us through developing a sponsorship strategy from beginning to end. From developing a marketing plan that focuses on business goals and targeted personas to tracking metrics and ROI this session will walk participants through assessing sponsorship asks and ensuring partnerships get as much mileage as possible. Peter will help companies navigate different types of sponsorships, how to negotiate a sponsorship that compliments your company's current communications plan, and how to make the most of the sponsorship on-site and throughout the year. Participants will leave with their own sponsorship checklist to ensure that every partnership they invest in is a sound business decision.
Peter has 20 years of experience, and is a proven expert in public, government and media relations, and stakeholder management. He believes that at their core, effective businesses establish meaningful and enduring relationships and organization-wide understanding of business goals and communications priorities. He believes, and has seen first-hand, that the right involvement in the community from a sponsorship perspective can help businesses elevate their profile and drive business.
