Trans BC Enduro - Stage 1 in Fernie, BC

Description

Kicking off a brand new 7-day multi-location BC enduro race at Fernie Alpine Resort. 

Welcome to the inaugural Trans BC 6 Day Enduro Race.  This event has been in midst of ideas and creation for 3 years - now from the experience of 2 race series and 20 enduro races throughout BC over the past 2 years, comes a race that encompasses sensational BC trail networks, communities, connections, and everything in between - the Trans BC Enduro - 6 sweet days of riding some of the best trails in the world! 

This is no alps, no Trans Provence, no high elevation riding - but on the side of pure traditional famous BC singletrack of loam, forest, roots, and alpine, and everything in between.  BC has its own unique style and this race will showcase a little bit of everything within its style.    

This is a blind race - racers will receive route details approx 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the race, but spectators, friends, and family will be able to cheer on the riders from the base area of Fernie Alpine Resort.

Mandatory rider briefing at the Day Lodge, Fernie Alpine Resort, 7:30pm, Sunday, July 9th, 2017.
Final dinner & celebrations in Revelstoke on Saturday, July 15th, 2017.
