During this 2-hour workshop participants will gain a better understanding of what an employee value proposition (EVP) is, why it is important and how it impacts business success.
Participants leave with practical tools to uncover their own EVP and how bring it to life in their Businesses.

Speakers
Kim Carter and Robyn Barton are Partners at Kambio Group Inc., an outsourced HR service provider. Combined they have almost 40 years of experience in all areas of human resource management specializing in organizational design, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee and leadership development, legislative compliance and international human resources.
Along with her husband Jay, Kim also owns and operates The Guides Hut in Fernie, BC. She has an MBA from Royal Roads University in Victoria, and studied Sociology at the University of Calgary and at the University of Lethbridge.
Robyn lives in Calgary and has a Bachelor of Management, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Lethbridge and is a graduate of the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the Michigan, Ross School of Business.
